Why is that important you might wonder?
Centuries of patriarchal conditioning have led countless women and men to operate predominantly in their masculine energy.
Often women have unconsciously adopted masculine traits – the Yang qualities (dynamic, rational, assertive, proactive) – to thrive in today’s world, while neglecting the feminine Yin qualities (receptive, intuitive, nourishing, creative).
This impacts the way we approach life on every level.
If we’re stuck in overgiving we unconsciously block ourselves from receiving in all areas of life.
How does this look like?
In your business:
You feel overworked, exhausted and overwhelmed.
You’re trying to do it all and struggle to delegate or get support.
You’re not showing up in your authentic power - but instead hold back, doubt yourself or compare yourself with others.

I’ve experienced most of these challenges myself which has led me on a long journey of consciously healing my wounded feminine so I could start to lead my life from my Divine Feminine Self.
